These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Demuregram website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Demure Platforms, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using Demuregram, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Demuregram. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have full authority to enter into these Terms. 2. Account Registration and Security You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. User Content You retain all rights to the content you upload to Demuregram (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Demure Platforms, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display, and promote your content on the Platform and affiliated channels. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it complies with all applicable laws and our Content Guidelines.

4. Content Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct You agree NOT to post content that:

Violates any law or regulation. Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, or pornographic beyond the Platform’s intended scope. Infringes on intellectual property rights. Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code. Promotes illegal activities or harmful behavior. Harasses, threatens, or bullies other users. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to User Content violating these guidelines without notice.

5. Monetization and Payments Users may earn money through subscriptions, tips, or pay-per-view content as enabled on the Platform. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Demure Platforms, Inc. does not directly handle payment processing. Payouts to creators will be made according to our payout schedule and policies published on the Platform. You are responsible for any taxes related to your earnings. We reserve the right to suspend payouts if suspicious activity or violations of these Terms are detected. 6. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, and proprietary content of Demure Platforms, Inc. are owned by us. You agree not to use our intellectual property without prior written permission. 7. 8. Termination You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or for other reasons at our sole discretion. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination. 9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is error-free. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
